We are not responsible of any missing packages. Once it is shipped and in the carrier's possession, you would have to contact them to either file a claim or ask them to help you find your package. Since it is not in our control once it is in transit- we cannot give away another blanket or pay for another label for you. If you would still like to receive the item please purchase another one. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return on specifically a blanket please email email@example.com, for other product returns you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers would pay for the shipping return/ label.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
